Lignano Tuna Festival 2026 Back to results

On the weekends of 25–27 September and 2–4 October, the Lignano Tuna Club hosts the traditional Lignano Tuna Festival, featuring the much-awaited Festa del Tonno Rosso (Bluefin Tuna Festival). The Lignano Tuna Festival is a charity event supporting the CRO in Aviano. Open to everyone, it takes place in the beautiful setting of Darsena Portovecchio in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The Tuna Club’s volunteer chefs, who organise the event, prepare delicious dishes for everyone at both lunch and dinner, with a wide selection of seafood specialities and more. You can also taste wines from the local area and Friuli. On Sunday, the Festa del Tonno Rosso takes place, with tuna and oily fish dishes served throughout the day.
